CHECK OUT SOME SAMPLE REPORTS

A few of Grant Tracker's reports and graphs can be displayed
by "clicking" on the report titles underlined below:

Note: These examples are from the Macintosh version, but the reports and graphs are very similar on the PC.

List of Accounts , shows the list of accounts preprogrammed into Grant Tracker, but these can be modified.

Salary Register , shows the deposit of the grant award for Salaries, and the monthly salary expenses for each employee. It also shows the total salary expenses as of the date of the report, and the balance projected to the end of the grant year.

Expendable Materials and Services Register , shows the deposit of the grant award for Expendable Materials and Services, and the individual expenses. It also shows the total expenses as of the date of the report.
The other expense registers are similar to this one.

Net Worth Report , lists the grant balances by expense category. The expenses are the current ones to-date, but the salary expenses are projected to the end of the grant year.

Net Worth Report by Year , lists the amounts awarded by the grant in the different expense categories, and the grant balances by expense category. The expenses are the current ones to-date, but the salary expenses are projected to the end of the grant year.

Category Summary Report , shows the expenses totaled by category and subcategory. (called Cash Flow Report on PC.)

Category Detail Report , shows ALL of the entries made in Grant Tracker, subdivided by category. (called Itemized Categories Report on PC.)

Expense Comparison by Category Graph , shows the expenses by category as a percent of the total expenses. This graph can also be changed to show the absolute dollar amounts.
