Inter vs. Intra
Inter- means "between, among, shared among two or more," and the like: interplanetary travel, interfaith ceremonies, intercity buses.
Intra- means "within, inside, during": intracity school competition, intrastate transportation, intrauterine devices.
Affect vs. Effect
Affect is a verb
Effect is usually a noun
Accuracy vs. Precision
Accuracy is nearness to truth (eg. hitting bull's eye).
Precision is nearness of repeated measurements to each other (eg. hitting all the same spot). Systematic adjustments can then be used to acheive accuracy.
