Working Experience

• Jie Wang conducts researches in management and engineering informatics, decision making and knowledge management for enterprise sustainable development and global competitiveness, engineering and environmental informatics, E-commerce and E-government; IT as a modern tool for business competitive strategy, he currently directs a research program on Knowledge Management and Environmental Informatics in Stanford University and an executive training program, Stanford-China Leadership for Sustainable Development and Global Competitiveness, organized by Stanford and Development Research Center of The State Council in China. Dr. Wang has also worked for a number of companies and government agencies including Collation, Inc. (now part of IBM), EDS, Loudcloud, Inc, Stanford University ITSS, Instantis, Inc., First Union Bank, Department of Energy, and NOAA of U.S. Department of Commerce.
