I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Stanford University, USA. I work with Prof. Bernd Girod in the area of video transmission over computer networks.

I received my Master's and Bachelor's degrees from Electrical Engineering at Seoul National University in Korea in 1999, 1997, respectively. I worked with Prof. Byeong-gi Lee in Telecommunication and Signal Processing group at Seoul National University.

My current research topic is to design and improve the performance of peer-to-peer multicast systems for video streaming.

Jeonghun Noh's Bio: Jeonghun Noh is a Ph.D. candidate in the Electrical Engineering department at Stanford University. His research interests are low-latency peer-to-peer streaming, distributed multimedia system, and video compression/streaming for interactive mobile applications. He is a recipient of the Best Student Paper Award from ACM Mobimedia 2009, London, UK, the Best Presentation Award in IEEE CCNC 2008, Las Vegas, USA, and the Korea Foundation for Advanced Studies Fellowship in 2002-2007. He received his BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University, Korea.
