• Data on Social Networks and Microfinance in Indian Villages

  These data were used in the Jackson, Rodriguez-Barraquer, and Tan paper ``Social Capital and Social Quilts: Network Patterns of Favor Exchange'' forthcoming in the American Economic Review, and were originally collected for the project: Banerjee, Chandrasekhar, Duflo, and Jackson ``The Diffusion of Microfinance''.

• Data on citations that accompany the paper ``Homophily and Long-Run Integration in Social Networks,''

  In the paper ``Homophily and Long-Run Integration in Social Networks,'' we examined APS citations data. You must apply to the APS to access the data. You can find details at https://publish.aps.org/datasets

  The code for analyzing the data is here: Matlab-codes.zip. The order in which to run the codes is (1) getpapers, (2) getcitations and (3) checkcitations.
  

• The ``Add Health'' Data Set

  A number of my papers have made use of the ``Add Health'' data set, which is a restricted-use set. More information can be found on the project's web site.

  I have referred to these data from Padgett and Ansell's work in my book ``Social and Economic Networks'' among other places. The data are in ``UCINET'' format in the following zipped file.

• Code for ``The Effects of Social Networks on Employment and Inequality,''

  The code for various simulations in the paper ``The Effects of Social Networks on Employment and Inequality,'' with Toni Calvo-Armengol, American Economic Review, vol. 94, no. 3, 426-454, June 2004. The code is written in Maple, and you can open it in a line editor, and read it to translate it to another format if you wish.
