A Final Word

If the energy generated at the Symposium had a single direction....

If the meeting found a common cause....

If the delegates left with a single, shared philosophy.....

It could be expressed as the desire of every teacher to give their student animators the best start possible:

Let them understand that we will give them the highest quality information, yet it is what they do with that information that will make the difference.

As was said by Ayn Rand: 'You will see all the elements of our secrets. The conclusions will be yours to draw. we can help you learn it, but not to accept it. The sight, the knowledge and the acceptance must be yours.'

Without a film maker a camera cannot make a film, without a film maker a pencil cannot make a film, without a film maker a computer cannot make a film. There will be only a few film makers in relation to those who help make the films possible. Both are of equal importance.
