About Me

I am a Ph.D. graduate student in the Electrical Engineering department at Stanford University pursuing research in nanophotonics and nanoscience. My home home is Vienna, Virginia, just outside of Washington, D.C. From 2004-2008, I attended the University of Virginia for my Bachelor's in Electrical Enginering. more

research interests

Almost all forms of applied nanotechnology interest me, particularly nanophotonics and nanoengineered devices. Nanoscience is at the forefront of modern technology and combines the most interesting physics at the quantum scale. My current projects are in active silicon photonics and biomedical sensing. more
