This little booklet is one of a series put out in Moscow in the late 1920s on international film stars. The only other ones i've encountered are German stars Ossi Oswalda, Harry Liedtke, and various libraries hold volumes on Conrad Veidt, Leatrice Joy, Barbara LaMarr, D.W. Griffith, Ramon Novarro, Pearl White, Wallace Beery, Asta Nielsen, Sessue Hayakawa, Greta Garbo, Gloria Swanson, Ernest Torrence, Bernard Goetzke, as well as some Russian stars like Ivan Mozzhukhin (Mosjoukine). I'm sorry i can't translate the text, but i did reproduce each page so that if you can read Russian, you can enjoy the text. The rest of us will just enjoy the pictures
