Galapagos Islands.

Santa Cruz Island: We stayed in the town of Puerto Ayora. Many of these photos were taken just outside of town.

Santa Cruz Highlands: The highlands and Darwin Research Station on Santa Cruz Island.

South Plaza: This was a very small island just off the east coast of Santa Cruz Island.

Espanola:After a rough night on the seas, we arrived at Espanola Island. Great snorkeling and daily walks, one of the highlights being a walk to see the Waved Albatross.

Floreana: In the morning we viewed pink flamingos and snorkeled in strong currents, followed by a visit to Post Office Bay and a small town in the afternoon.

Isabella: The largest of the islands, we saw all kinds of interesting wildlife, including flamingos, sea turtles, and penguins to name a few.

Fernandina: One of the youngest of the islands, we walked through colonies of Flightless Cormorants, topping the day with crossing the equator at sunset.

Santiago/Bartolome: Lots of new wildlife, including the aggressive Fur Sea Lions.

Black Turtle Cove: Our final morning on the boat was topped by a panga ride at sunrise, and the pleasure to watch a sea lion try to swallow a shark whole.
