I am currently a Bioinformatics Researcher in the Butte Lab, Stanford School of Medicine. I have extensive years of training and research experience in cell biology, molecular imaging and translational bioinformatics. I specialize in noninvasive molecular imaging of oncogenic signaling, high throughput drug screening against cancer and mining cancer genomics data for targetable biomarkers of cancer. My long-term research goal is to understand the cause of cancer so that it can be controlled and ultimately defeated.
To establish a career as an independent investigator in the field of cancer research in academic or industrial settings.
- To understand the underlying molecular mechanism of the complexity of cancer, and develop techniques and methods to accelerate the translation of bench discovery to bedside application.
