Bejerano LabIn spring 2007, I started working in Bejerano Lab (http://bejerano.stanford.edu). My office is in Bechman 321. I am building a tool (i.e. a program) to associate gene ontology annotations (GO), or other annotations of a similar nature, with specified genetic elements using association rules such as proximity rule. This will be published on the web and used by biologists in finding meaning of non-exonic regions especially ultraconserved regions. click here for more information about the lab. |
