Hi, welcome to Elaine's home page!

My name is Elaine Moise, and I am a Senior Support Analyst for Oracle Financials. My unit, Financial Systems Support, is part of Administrative Systems, at Stanford University.

Outside of work, here's more about me:

I am married to a wonderful man named Bob Grodsky. Our family is completed by our wonderful daughter, Jessica Moise-Grodsky, born at Stanford Hospital on January 12, 1998. Jessica is proof that miracles really do happen!

Other important things in my life:

• I am a co-author of The Dancing with Miriam Haggadah: A Jewish Women's Celebration of Passover, sold all over the United States and in other countries as well
• I sing and play percussion in a great klezmer band, the klezmakers
• I belong to Keddem Congregation, a wonderful Reconstructionist synagogue in Palo Alto, CA.  I am currently secretary of the Board of Harmoniyah: the Reconstructionist Music Network.  Click on the link to learn more about us!
