WWWebster Dictionary. This is Merriam Webster's online dictionary. It automatically links to a thesaurus as well.

Dictionary.com. This is a commercial site with connections to multiple dictionaries, including entries for technical jargon and English style and usage guides. It's free, but you have to look at their ads.

Babylon. Hyperlinked dictionary application that lets you look up any word on a web page, email, Word document, etc. 30-day free trial.
