A fantastic water-erosion rock formation called the Grotto, at Montaña de Oro State Park. The Bluff Trail, as its name would imply, runs right along the edge of the bluffs, the water swirling and crashing below. The only caveat is that the coastal fog can be a real factor; I was visiting in late September and on the coast the sky was overcast all day except for approximately 11am to 2pm. Even so, a spectacular walk.
