Housing purchase programs are available to faculty and executive-level staff. Download the Housing
Programs Eligibility Criteria document for an explanation of the eligibility categories for the use of purchase programs.
Rental programs apply to a broader range of employment categories. All faculty and staff are eligible to rent at Stanford West Apartments.
