Clinician Educator Housing Programs

Among the staff benefits available to Clinican Educators at Stanford are two housing assistance programs. These are:

The Clinician Educator Deferred Interest Program is a non-amortizing zero current interest loan with a deferred interest feature.
The Clinician Educator Housing Allowance Supplement is a taxable fringe benefit that provides additional compensation for first time home buyers within the local area. To apply for CE-HAS, complete the CE-HAS application form and return the signed original to FSH. Faxes will not be accepted.

These programs are administered through the Stanford University Faculty Staff Housing office. Eligibility for the programs is determined through the School of Medicine's Academic Affairs Office.
