  • Authorship Note: In the published version of the paper above, Jerry Hobbs’s name is listed at the top, followed by a list of team members after the word “Researchers:”. It is usually cited as a single-author paper, but that reflects what I think was an arbitrary decision on Jerry’s part to present the Site Report in the way that he did. There was no uniform standard for how Site Reports were published in this venue during those years. Some followed Jerry’s practice, while others presented either just the full team, or the name of the project (without naming team members) below the title. I list this brief paper as a joint publication in my CV and on my website with this note for transparency, both to reflect contemporary norms of attribution for joint work and because the Site Report provides useful context for our research on commonsense knowledge.
