I am a postdoc researcher working with Professor Michael Snyder at Stanford University. My PhD research was in computational and systems biology, advised by Professor Sheng Zhong. I am broadly interested in functional genomics, epigenetics, personalized genomics and medicine. My current research is focused on combinding novel computational methods and the latest sequencing technology to study the dynamics and evolution of epigenetics and gene regulation in various of biological systems.
