Welcome to the blog of Can Sar, a Stanford CS major. This blog is made up of my thoughts on Computer Science and the computer industry, as well as ever exciting tales from my life.
I am proud to introduce Stanford Predicts: The 2004 Presidential Election, a project led by MS&E Professor Sam Chiu to track and predict the results of the 2004 Presidential Election. I am responsible for Communication Technologies and Web Development, and spent most of today working on this. Our project website has been online since today, and you can expect the first results some time towards the end of this week. The project is a group effort of around 15 students, based on prior research by Professor Chiu. We are hoping to reach a wide audience in 1-2 weeks, and update our results, as the tracking polls change.
The website is still very much under development, but should be mostly bug free and feature complete in the next few days. It supports Atom and RSS feeds, as well as Email Posting Notification, so if you are interested, please subscribe.
