Welcome to the blog of a Stanford CS major. Please give me feedback on the new design, and ideas on what to call this blog .
On Sunday I took a trip to the Los Trancos state park as part of our ESYS 10 field trip. Los Trancos is located in the foothills above Stanford and offers an amazing view. It is also located right in the San Andreas fault which provided some amazing effects on nature and the landscape. Living in the foothills must be amazing, wood everywhere, with the most beautiful view of the valley.
It is, however, almost scary how close Stanford is to the fault, and I am glad that all buildings here are very earthquake safe.
