Still in London

More updates from London.
Fame on Monday was great, we both really enjoyed it, and our seats were pretty good, though they were really really high and we were a bit afraid of standing up when people tried to get to their seats because of that. Pirates of the Carribean was pretty good too, definitely a fun movie but not awe inspiring or anything.

Yesterday we walked around Knightsbridge and Chelsea, two richer parts of London. We rode the Subway a lot and walked even more, and then went into Harrods which was very extravagant. Afterwards we went to Notting Hill, which was disappointing. Because it was one day after the Carnvial all the stores were somehow closed, which made everything very bleak and boring. We took the Metro to Leicester Square which was way more beautiful.

Today we were still very tired from getting home late yesterday and missed breakfast. After finally leaving the hostel we headed to Liverpool Street station to check out the train to the airport we will have to take tomorrow. There we discovered a Mark's and Spencer's and got some delicious food. There should be Mark's and Spencer's in the US. Afterwards we went to Westminster and had lunch in front of Big Ben. We walked from there up to Trafalgar Square and then to Covent Garden, where we checked out some books in a book store.
I looked at A New Kind of Science by Wolfrom, which I'd like to read some time and at The Best Democracy Money Can Buy, but decided not to buy it. I've read so many books that are just like it, and they are starting to get repetitive. It's important that people know about failures of the system, but I know enough, I'd rather read up on computers, literature and philosophy.
We then walked up to Oxford's street and walked westwards looking at shops on the way. We both got quite tired from all the walking, but there will be more walking later today, we're still going to Regent's park and Picadilly Circus.
Tommorow we're going home to Austria, and will already practise driving again right after my dad picks us up from the airport.

In other news Max realized that he cannot take CS 140 with me and Travis, so we still need another person for our team. I hope we can find someone.
