Walking in the 'Innenstadt'

Today was quite a relaxed day where I got quite a bit of reading done (TCP/IP Illustrated: Volume 1), went swimming, and cooked Spaghetti Carbonara for Nora. Afterwards we went to the Vienna 'Innenstadt' which translates to inner city, but in reality is the old historical part of the city, rather than the run down dangerous part, like in American cities. I hadn't been there for quite a while, and seeing the city again was great. What I especially liked, is that the majority of people seemed nicer and more civilized, than in other parts of the city, and notably the subway. Not being annoyed by cursing, or drunken people, made it a lot easier to enjoy the city and all the different store fronts.
Quite a relaxed and fun day.
