Present
I'm a postdoctoral research fellow at the Stanford Center for Biomedical Informatics Research (BMIR). I am working conjointly with the National Center Of Biomedical Ontologies and with PharmGKB (the Pharmacogenetics and Pharmacogenomics Knowledge Base).
I' m interested in many things but focus on methods for biomedical knowledge discovery and knowledge guided knowledge discovery.Past
I was a PhD student at the INRIA, in Nancy, France.
