My research lies at the intersection of Nanotechnology and Integrated Circuits. Specifically, I have investigated the potential of using Carbon Nanotubes as interconnect wires in an integrated circuit. I have built the first prototype chip integrating carbon nanotube interconnects and silicon transistors operating above 1GHz.
