This last Saturday I continued to replace bolts on the Old Original.  I
received a spontaneous donation for my work from a climber also on the
route (thanks Mark).

Pitch 6
The four bolts at the top of the notch were pulled and replaced with two
Fixe S.S. rappel ring hangers and Rawl 6-piece 3/8" x 3-1/2" bolts.  The
two rappel rings replaced the nylon slings and rappel rings previously
present.

The multiple ratty sling rappel station at the end of the pitch was
replaced with four Fixe S.S. rappel ring hangers, one set for the east
descent route and one set for the West Face climb.  Rawl 6-piece 3/8" x
3-1/2" bolts were placed in the two previous holes and two new holes.  The
two bolts of the previous belay station, 3" Star Dryvins, were fairly hard
to pull.

East rappel route
The single hanger/sling/rappel ring combination at the second rappel was
replaced with a Fixe S.S. rappel ring hanger.  The previously placed Rawl
6-piece 3/8" x 3" bolt was reused (the expansion piece was not pulled from
the hole).  A second Fixe S.S. rappel ring hanger and a Rawl 6-piece 3/8" x
3-1/2" bolt were added.

I still have yet to replace the bolts on Middle Tower Continuation and the
last two rappel stations on the east rappel route.
