I am a graduate student at the Department of
Electrical Engineering at Stanford
University. My research group is the Image, Video, Multimedia
Systems group headed by Professor
Bernd Girod. The topic I am currently working on is scalable coding and
streaming of multimedia data.
I came from Taiwan where I received my BS degree from the
Department of Electrical Engineering at National
Taiwan University in 1998. After a 20-month military service, I joined Stanford University in the United States in 2000. I got my MS degree in spring
2002, and I am currently in the Ph.D. program.
