ArcGIS Online (currently Beta) provides a series of 2D maps and 3D globes that can be accessed with ArcGIS applications – for example, with ArcGIS Explorer, ArcMap, ArcGlobe, ArcReader, or Web mapping applications that you create with ArcGIS Server.
