Blog with Side Comments and Collaborative Annotation
CommentPress is an open source Wordpress theme, which takes the comment feature of the Wordpress blog engine and refines it, so comments (and replies) can be made on a per-paragraph basis and show up at the margin of the text instead of the bottom.
