Expository Notes:

These notes were written for lectures I gave as a graduate student at the number theory learning seminar at Stanford.  They fit in with larger series available at the seminar pages listed.  Nothing beyond the presentation is original to these notes.

Other seminars I have participated in (with notes online): 2011-12 seminaire Darmon/CM seminar.

About me: I grew up in Toledo, Ohio, and did my undergraduate work at Duke University. I then completed Part III of the Mathematical Tripos at Cambridge University. I currently live in Berkeley, where I enjoy running, cooking, and working on my tennis and basketball games.
