Students relate current scientific research to specific geographic regions and processes. The Atlas at the beginning of each curriculum introduces map reading concepts and contains several full-page reference maps. Curricular investigations, digital labs and video segments highlight the history and culture of the people that inhabit and explore the expedition location. All exercises are correlated to the National Geography Standards. |
