Alcatraz XVI Triathlon - June 9, 1996
My 1996 Alcatraz Triathlon report developed a life of its own as I wrote it. By the time I finished it consisted of 18 pages of heavy breathing, sweat, and exhaustion. Sounds like a Danielle Steele novel, huh? ;-) Due to the length, I've taken pity upon you poor hapless souls with nothing better to do than to browse the Web looking for juicy things to read and made it available in sections, exactly as it was first "published" in serial form on the Rec.Sport.Triathlon bboard.
