The Big Game

The biggest game we play, I deem,
Has naught to do with axes,
Or Berkeley, with its football team,
Or Bands, with horns and saxes,
But much to do with government,
And who receives the taxes,
And bureaucrats the Navy's sent
With writs, and rules, and faxes.
