Robert Carl Eckers(3) (Bob), born June 8, 1902 in ------, Hennepin County, Minnesota, the son of John C----- Eckers and Minnie (Kunde) Eckers(2).

In 1920 he was living with his parents on Minnetonka Avenue, St. Louis Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota. He was employed as a machinist in the agricultural implement industry at that time.

Robert married, about 1926 in ------, Mary K----- Cynor. She was born July 3, 1906 in ------, Bohemia, the daughter of John Cynor and Marie (Ressler) Cynor, both Czech Bohemians. She immigrated to the United States in the company of her parents and siblings in 1912, afterwards becoming a naturalized citizen.

In 1930 Robert, Mary and their twin sons were living in a house on Earl Avenue in St. Louis Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Robert owned the house, which was valued at $4,400. He was employed on his own account as a carpenter.

Mary was probably the Mary Eckers who in 1939 was working as a teacher for the Musical Arts Conservatory in Minneapolis.

Robert and Mary's Social Security cards were both issued in Minnesota.

In 1957 Robert C. and Mary K. Eckers resided at 2900 Zarthan Avenue, Saint Louis Park, Minnesota. He was working as a carpenter in that year.

Mary was of 2900 Zarthan in 1973. Her last residence was Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota 55416. Mary K. Eckers died June 7, 1973 in —, Hennepin County, Minnesota. She was survived by her husband and three sons, seven grandchildren, her brothers John, Rudy and Carl Cynor, and sister Evelynne Cuhel. Visitation was after 4:00 P.M. and prayer services at 8:00 P.M. Sunday, June 10, 1973. Funeral services were held at 12:30 P.M. Monday, June 11, 1973 at Billman’s Park Funeral Home, 3960 Wooddale, Minneapolis, followed by a funeral mass at 1:00 P.M. at Holy Family Catholic Church, Minneapolis. Interment was at Grand View Memorial Park.

Robert was of St. Louis Park in 1992.

Robert's last residence was Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota 55416. Robert Eckers died May 27, 2000 in ------.
