Description: This is a simple plugin that allows you to calculate SNR from repeated acquisitions of an image. Simply open the repeated series in the 4D viewer and run the plugin.

Examples: Download test images (7MB) then expand the archive, and drag into OsiriX to import. Open multiple series in the 4D viewer and run the plugin.
Download: Expand the archive SNRCalc.osirixplugin.zip and double-click the plugin icon (or put the plugin into your Library/Application Support/Osirix/Plugins folder.)
