Welcome to Sydney!

The Harbour Bridge and Opera House from the Royal Botanical Gardens.

My first week was spent at the conference center, on the water at left.

The Hotel where I stayed was the tall building at the far right of the picture. The weather was usually better than this!

The purpose of this trip was the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine, 6th Scientific Meeting. This is THE annual conference for people doing the type of research which I am working on.

Here I am with one of my two posters. The conference was excellent.

The Ibis is an interesting bird found in Australia.

This is in the Royal Botanical Gardens, near the Opera House.
