The first two transaction types to use online approval are Create a Position and Create a Requisition. This goes live on July 21st, 2003. Applicant Hire and Add Concurrent Job will use the Worklist Manager in October 2003.

Each workflow-enabled transaction must have at least one approver. The originator can be an approver.

The URL for the Worklist Manager is http://worklist.stanford.edu.

To search for a particular item on your worklist, use your browser's Find function (Ctrl+F or Command+F) to search.

If an item is not on your worklist, it is no longer pending. You will receive an email notification if the transaction was fully approved, returned, or declined.

You can get help for originators from your My Pending Items Worklist, or from the Transaction Summary by clicking the Help button in the upper right hand corner.

If you are also a transaction originator, we highly recommend you take the Worklist Manager Approver Tutorial. Thanks for taking the Worklist Manager Originator Tutorial.
