Getting Help

Getting help for PeopleSoft is done the same way you do it now. Just submit a HelpSU request online with the Problem Category of "Application: PeopleSoft HR"and the Administrative Systems help desk will get back to you as soon as possible.

Getting help for the Worklist Manager is easy. First, you can get specific help for originators by clicking Help icon in the right corner of your Worklist or the Transaction Summary screen. If you're having a technical problem, the best thing to do is submit a HelpSU request online using the Problem Category: Application - Worklist Manager. When you submit a ticket online this way, be sure to include the text of any error messages the system gives you. It may not mean much to you, but it helps the support team troubleshoot what happened. You also have the option of calling 5-HELP to have the help desk team submit a ticket for you.

Additionally, if you're uncomfortable using the system in the first few weeks of release, you can come to the Godzilla Computer Lab at 340 Panama Street on campus, Monday through Thursday from 10am-noon between July 21st and August 7th for some one-on-one assistance from the Workflow team. We're more than happy to walk you through your first transactions until you feel confident using the system.
