Getting Help
Getting
help for the Worklist Manager is easy. First, you can get specific
help for approvers by clicking Help
icon in the right corner of your Worklist or the Transaction Summary
screen.
If you're having a technical problem, the best thing to do is
submit a HelpSU request online
using the Request Category: Administrative Applications and the Request Type: Worklist Manager. When
you submit a ticket online this way, be sure to include the text
of any error messages the system gives you. It may not mean much
to you, but it helps the support team troubleshoot what happened.
You also have the option of calling 5-HELP to have the help desk
team submit a ticket for you.
