| Filtering Workflow Emails (using Eudora in Windows) | |
|
The workflow system will send you emails for various reasons. If you would like to have those emails automatically filtered to a separate mailbox, follow the instructions below. There are also instructions available for users of Outlook and for Eudora on a Macintosh. If the instructions are confusing or don't seem to match what you see in your computer system, please submit a HelpSU ticket, and your local desktop support specialist will be happy to assist you with setting up a filter. Note: If you created a filter for UAT, it's critical that you remove the old filter first. Click here for instructions. 1. Open Eudora. Go to Tools>Filters (on a Mac, go to Window>Filters). After setting up a filter, it's critical that you check the new mailbox frequently. In Eudora, mailboxes are bold when they have new messages for review. Again, if you're unable to use these instructions, we recommend submitting a HelpSU ticket with the problem category of "Hey, I just need help!" Your local desktop support specialist will be happy to assist you in setting up a filter. For more information about using Eudora at Stanford, go to Eudora@Stanford. |
