Academics

I received my MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in June 2006. Currently I am a PhD candidate in EE at Stanford Center for Integrated systems (CIS). My academic advisor is prof. H.-S. Philip Wong.

Primary research focus

· Novel FET devices with carbon-based one-dimensional quantum-ballistic channel for high-performance logic applications, device physics and fabrication.

· Experimental investigation of electronic transport in 1D mesoscopic systems such as CNFETs.

· Physics-based compact model for nano-scale devices with ballistic channel.

· Imaging and characterization of CNT aligned growth for VLSI applications.
