How to Order a Business Phone

Please select from the equipment and plans below and provide your selection to your Department Contact, who will order your service. If you're purchasing a PDA, you'll need to select a voice and data plan. We highly recommend that you select a Text Messaging plan, as this is not included in your unlimited data plan.

Note: If you plan on traveling out of the country, be sure to purchase an International Phone (Samsung Ace, BlackBerry World Edition 8830). International plans cannot be added to non-international phones.

1. Choose your phone/pda.

TEP (Total Equipment Protection)

Insurance that covers all repairs is offered for $7.00 a month.

If your phone is lost, damaged, or stolen you can get a replacement phone. For flip and free phones the deductible is $50.00. For all PDA, BlackBerry, and Instinct devices the deductible is $100.00. After you pay the deductible, you will receive a new replacement device—not a refurbished device.
