Cisco VoIP Rates

Services Billed Monthly
VoIP Telephone Service monthly service for IP Cisco Phone with one unique number; includes on-campus dialing and features listed below. Does not include Off Campus Dialing, Domestic Long Distance, or Voice Mail.	$27.50 per month
Automatically bundled system features include: Hold Transfer Caller ID Speed Dial End Call Forward Conference-6 Join DND Name Display Mobility Call Waiting Redial     Optional system features available by request (no additional charge if requested with initial phone installation): Pickup Intercom
Each Additional Number	$1.75 per month
Services that cost extra: Off Campus Dialing, Domestic Long Distance, or Voice Mail, Off Facility Forwarding, Music on Hold/Music on Transfer.

Installations and Conversions
New Install (Phone & User Profile) a new phone line where no standard phone service currently exists. Additional charges may apply to enable a building's network for VoIP service. Client has a choice of a desk phone or a wireless phone.	$155.00 one-time
New Install (Phone only) This is generally a desk phone installed in a shared workspace (touchdown area) for users to log in with their existing profile.	$90.00 one-time
New Install (User Profile only) This applies to users (generally part-time or evening shift) who will share a hotelling workspace.	$155.00 one-time
Add or Remove Optional System Feature(s) (changing system features after initial installation) Please refer to the Stanford Medical Outpatient Center web page for examples of changes.	$25.00 per phone
