Where can I see my IT Services (Cable TV, Phone, PBN—International Long Distance) charges?
Your IT Services charges appear on your University Bill. You will see a line item for each service you are billed for every month you have the service.
Can I see my monthly charges from My IT Services page?
Yes. Each month, your My IT Services page will allow you to view your IT Services charges. However, you are billed the charges on your University bill and should follow their instructions for payment.
What are my payment options?

How do I see a list of calls I have made?
IT Services will display the detail of calls on your 'My IT Services' page. You can get to this page in Axess, Student Center tab. Look under Other Links for the My IT Services link. .
I have a question about my Cable TV service charges on my University bill. Whom should I talk to?
For billing questions, submit an online HelpSU request. Select the Request Category 'Student Services', Request Type 'Student IT Services billing'. You must report billing errors within 21 days of receipt of your bill. You can also call the Stanford IT Help Desk at 5-HELP (5-4357).
What is the Government Mandated charge on my bill?
IT Services charges a 2.5% mandated fee on usage (calls) charges to cover government agency fees.
