How to Use the Call Forward On-campus Feature

Call Forward On-campus allows you to re-route incoming calls so they will ring on another Stanford phone.

To Activate Forwarding

Dial * 7 0 ...

You hear three beeps followed by dial tone ...

Dial five-digit campus phone number where you want calls to ring.

You hear two beeps and can hang up. All calls are forwarded; no calls will ring on this phone.

While forwarding is active, a doorbell-like "ding-dong" tone will sound before the normal dial tone whenever you lift the receiver. This tone is your reminder that forwarding is active. If you subscriber to voice mail and have a message waiting, your stutter dial tone indication will follow this Call Forward tone.

To Cancel Forwarding

Dial * 8 0 ...

You hear two beeps and can hang up. Forwarding is cancelled; calls will once again ring on this phone.
