Teleconferencing: Polycom Conference

IT Services no longer provides Polycom Conference Services

With the availability of audio conferencing technology at the desktop, the high costs to maintain polycom equipment, and the low volume of usage, IT Services has decided to discontinue its Polycom conference service.

Audio conferencing is one of the most cost effective and time efficient technologies available in the market today. Audio conferencing delivers the real-time meeting quality without the prohibitive costs, the need to schedule in advance, or traveling to a special meeting room. You can achieve greater inter activity and utility for all of your meeting participants. You use this technology from your own desktop!

The following alternatives are for either audio, desktop web conference, or videoconference services located around the campus, medical center and off campus.
