- Now you can set up your LINK conference service account and make your first reservation all in one easy step.
- Searching for your Department is easy. Type in your department name and press search. Then simply select from the list. Your account will automatically be set up under the correct department.

- The new form allows for more than one form of payment; a P-Card is no longer required. You can choose to pay with your P-Card or have an invoice sent to you.
- If you are paying by your P-Card, you will no longer need to enter the entire number. Enter only the last four digits, making your online payment more secure.

- Choose between a standing QuickLINK or a one-time-only call. Both options are billed the same amount.


- You can include a billing reference code that will appear on your invoice, whether a project number, purchase order number, or an event title; the choice is yours.
- You will no longer need to wait 48 hours for your confirmation to be sent. You will now receive your confirmation within minutes.
- No need to contact LINK to set up future calls. You will be given a user name and password to a reservation portal. You manage your own calls from the convenience of your computer.
