Advanced Teleconferencing Options
IT Services has established a vendor relationship with LINK Conference Service to provide advanced teleconferencing features to the Stanford community. Even though we describe these features as "advanced," they're quite easy to use. And, as you will see from the descriptions, the services provide convenience whether you're in your office, a classroom, or traveling.
Stanford users pay no setup, cancellation, or unused line fees, and have the option of a number of low-cost features.
To set up your account, please click on the following link:

Once your account is set up, LINK will send you a user name and password to a reservation portal. You can now manage your calls from the convenience of your own computer without having to contact LINK.
Note: You may use your Stanford P-card (Purchasing Card) for all LINK transactions. If you would like to use your P-Card, a LINK representative will send you a credit card authorization form after you complete the account set up process.
For more detailed information on charges, as well as a full description of features contact LINK at 1-800-287-9849. Press option 2, and say you are from Stanford.
