A request to change an existing telephone set, i.e., upgrade or downgrade between single-line and multi-line using the same outlet, usually requires field work by a technician. Rates do not include charges for service level or feature changes to sets or the cost of a new telephone set, if required. Installing and labeling a new set is included only when set is purchased from ITSS.
