How to Order Phone, Video, Network, Paging, and Card Services for Faculty and Staff
Getting Started
In most departments, there are staff members who serve as liaisons to IT Services. For your telephone, video, paging, card system, and DSL needs, that liaison is your Department IT Contact. For your campus networking needs, that liaison is your LNA (Local Network Administrator). While we make every effort to provide detailed information here on the Web about our services, when it comes time to order a service or make a change to an existing service, your your Department IT Contact and LNA are your starting points. If you don't know them already, ask your department's administrative manager who they are.

Note: Some services require the assistance of a systems analyst or other IT consultant. To request such a consultation, place an order request for consulting service.
