Make Set Busy Key [MSB]	Solid Diamond — No Calls (can be answered)
	Flashing Diamond — Pvt PDN Calls (can be answered)
	No Diamond — ACD & Pvt Calls (can be answered)
Not Ready Key [NTRDY]	Solid Diamond — Temporarily Stops ACD Calls
	Flashing Diamond — 5 seconds delay then diamond off
ACD/Incalls Key [ACD]	Press to answer incoming ACD Calls

Logging In

• MSB Key Solid
• Press ACD Key (dialtone is heard)
• Enter 4-Digit Code nnnn
• Enter 4-Digit Code nnnn
• Not Ready Key Diamond comes up Solid
• Press Not Ready Key
• ACD Calls can now come in on the "ACD" Key

Logging Out

• MSB & Not Ready Keys show no diamonds
• No ACD Calls coming in
• Press the Make Busy Key

• ACD Call in-progress -or- ACD calls show in queue
• (Supervisor) Press "Night Service" Key
• Queued Calls continue to come in
• When all queued calls are answered
• Press Make Busy Key Twice (Diamond should Flash)
• Press Night Service Key until diamond disappears
• MSB Key shows Flashing Diamond
